Agreed, the 2014 study showed black men in last but a 2017 study had the blacks ahead of the Indians and the Asians. I don't know if they included Mulatoos or differentiated between dark skinned/light skinned blacks. Perhaps dark skinned black may do the worse than Indians and Asians but I don't have data for this.
