It's a deadlift that's at your side so its easier to not arch your back. its a little bit easier than conventional about the same as summo.

My DNA results pointed out I am genetically stronger than average because I've also got those fast twitch muscles which require heavier weights at shorter reps. Or at least half, I wasn't homogenous there or whatever you call it. What did yours say? Share your Ancestry results with me, feel free to PM. And honestly, those traits are kind of researchable yourself. You just need to find out which SNP they are looking at. In order to check which genotype you have, open up the raw data file and search for the SNP "rs1815739," you either have CC, CT or TT. I'm guessing you either have CT or TT. Check for "rs17822931" as well, that's the earwax one. legs actually respond the best to weight training due to the androgen density there. anyone can get big legs (calves are genetics and depends on inserts and ankles though)
