Can confirm, my blasian friend doesn’t do roids. But hating MENA people accused him of being a roider. Lol. 😂

He’s stronger than 100% West Africans too. He can deadlift close to 250 kg. Bench press 120+ kg. Not to mention Asians are strong too, many bodybuilders are Chinese. He is however South East Asian, and not East Asian.

They’re winning a lot of medals, especially gold in many categories. Iranians too. Most are obviously twinkmaxxed but they are choosing to be that way, I guess.

My friend is 5’7” but he refused to do it. He’s natty but he’s got top-tier genetics so they always accuse him of roiding. He’s been working out since 14 and he’s turning 30 next month. Never once have I seen him not being very lean. Always sported a six pack even after all this time.

That makes no sense. In mainland Europe we use kg. 260 lbs is like what, 120-130 kg? My friend can bench press that.

thats 2 45lbs plates and 1 25lbs plate in gym (20kg and 10kg i guess? )

No, I don’t — I’m too lazy. My friend’s been trying to get me to work out alongside him since I was 13. I told him, “I’ll join when I’m 14.” Never happened. 🤣

And mirin, that’s really good IMO. Do you also do deadlifts?

I only do trapbar. never conventional. Got to 4 plates for 5 reps. thats 400lbs idk the kg, maybe 180

Not really built for it, short with long limbs

Idk what a trap bar is. But sounds like a lot? And I’ve got the same build as you. My arms belong on a person who’s taller than 6 feet lol.

Ahh, interesting. My friend always praised three things: deadlines, squats and benching. The unholy trinity of gymmaxxing according to him. I think he wants me to do this stuff too.

yeah if you just want to get size these are the best, along with some limb isolation (curls biceps, pushdowns for triceps, side raises for delts, as well as leg extensions for quads and calve raises for calves).

I prefer the alternatives, it shapes you better doing the bench on the incline (works the top part of the chest) the deadlift off a plate/trapbar (less fatigue on the back ) and the smith machine squat (better on your knees and works glutes better)

I would be the kinda guy to skip leg day. My chicken legs wouldn't benefit from it anyway. Then again I'm too lazy to start working out. My DNA results pointed out I am genetically stronger than average because I've also got those fast twitch muscles which require heavier weights at shorter reps. Or at least half, I wasn't homogenous there or whatever you call it. What did yours say? You may be homogenous for it since you've got West African ancestry, right?

I think that information is behind a paywall in 23andme, i can check ancestry though, recently got that one done.

legs actually respond the best to weight training due to the androgen density there. anyone can get big legs (calves are genetics and depends on inserts and ankles though)

Share your Ancestry results with me, feel free to PM. And honestly, those traits are kind of researchable yourself. You just need to find out which SNP they are looking at. In order to check which genotype you have, open up the raw data file and search for the SNP "rs1815739," you either have CC, CT or TT. I'm guessing you either have CT or TT. Check for "rs17822931" as well, that's the earwax one. I am assuming you will have wet (CC or CT) instead of TT (dry).

And really? I had no idea. I thought legs were the one thing you couldn't change and it was purely luck. I used to hang out with a Slavic guy whose calves were insane, they were literally as big as someone's head. He had really wide shoulders too. Widest I'd ever seen. He didn't have a single failo. He was tall, quite good looking, he could fight, he was low inhib and he even had a big dick (some escort told me). Lol.
