Are blacks dumber then whites? Is it over before conception? No. But why? The sources done on African IQ took a small sample. Another issue is the ages and the background of these people they tested on. For example for eritrea they test kids from 5-11 years olds who come from a poor background. While in Europe they tested adults. Richard Lynn's national IQ compilation is simply inaccurate. So no these sources are not to be trusted.

"But the Asians" the asian race does have the highest IQ that's correct but what happens when you look at the Philippines which scored much lower then its neighbors by a large margin. And the Philippines are indeed the poorest in the sub continent. Thanks for reading.
