East Asians generally do have larger craniums and even larger frontal lobes the white, and the smallest occipital region of any race. That skull might be a south asian skull, but still, you can see the rounder skull shape rather than the oblong shape of the African, indicative of higher frontal lobe intelligence.

So it’s a harder thing to study than you think. But looking at the cranofacial structure of a person can tell you a lot about the regions of their brain proportionally and how the brain is working. Proportionally, black people have smaller frontal lobe regions to their occipital lobes.

Of course research on this is scarce due to low participation; most black people don’t want to engage in a study measuring brain size and comparing it to whites.
