I already had 4 wisdoms removed. Now she says I got to remove 4 premolars

She said only the upper palate can expand, not my lower palate. Btw I have a narrow palate and my teeth are very crowded

And my lower teeth are even more crowded than my upper

She said "If you were caucasion and flat faced I would widen the palate instead of extracting the teeth, but your mouth area is already full"

I just had my wisdoms removed like only around 1 month ago. So is the damage really that severe? I'm about to be moneymaxxing like crazy. What can I do to reverse the damage and prevent further damage? Should I implant 4 new wisdom teeth and/or take the drug they claim regrows teeth or whatever?
