Black women are straight noise pollution

They literally cannot keep their mouths shut at all. Whenever theyre out in public they cant not shout at whoever theyre speaking to. I mean black men can be loud a lot of the time but fucking hell black women are so loud for no reason. When is someone going to tell them that shouting isnt needed all the time.
