Blackface or acne treatment?

I found this cream, ammonium bituminosulfanate, in the bathroom cupboard.
This topical medicine is mainly used for skin inflammation, but I read in the package insert this treatment can be used to treat acne too, because the drug kills ance bacteria.

Because of the black color of this cream, I guess this can be used to get a bodybuilder-tier self-tan
