Yes people can, but it's not common because of the gender ratios, also it's thus not common for hookups either cuz of the gender ratios.

Those same white guys who mog u into oblivion are looking to take your ethnic girl as a side hoe. You wouldnt believe the guys who would take on a 3/10 black chick so i have to stand relative to the white man. Black chicks on avg have a level of guys they can usually get. It usually maxes out at htn white (not some boneless white guy but usually decent coloring, colored eyes, decent good jaw etc). So as a black i need more to compete even w black girls or theyll take the white guy of """higher""" quality.

And heres the thing as well, once you reach those standards for black women, you can do the same thing to black women and choose their white superior if not even more due to the supply of elligible men vs women.
