No, not at all
Blackheads are usually only removed my chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid, or, in my opinion the best option is accutane, it shrinks the sebaceous gland holding the blackheads, forcing them out and preventing them to come back as large, pretty much a permanent fix to every blackhead on your body
The skincare bullshit like chemical exfoliants are only temporary fixes
