Blackheads

I have fuckin' blackheads on my nose i used taz for 6 months and it didn't work for blackheads. Should i switch to accutane or any other solutions?

blackheads on the nose are not the same as regular blackheads, they dont respond to retinoids the same way, thats why the taz did nothing. Salicylic acid is designed for this problem, but accutane will obviously work aswell

I've got blackheads in my cheeks as well not as prominent as the ones on my nose though
