Severe milk addiction

Guys I got a severe milk addiction I drink at least 2l of milk a day plus cheese and yoghurt.
I wonder if it's causing me blackheads bc I have a bit of them around the nose area but the otherwise my skin is good.

Idk where u are from, but i recommend getting your dairy from french made products from now on

In cheese always raw in milk its 50/50 and in yogurt always pasteurised

Dairy can tend to lead to oily skin/ breakouts. Milk and cheese r not that good bro jfl

I got severe anemia from drinking 3+ liters of raw milk daily. Ain't gonna stop me tho
