I agree this is exactly the same for me. The thing that really fucked me up was finding out that men aren’t loved the same as women are loved. Men are loved for what they are providing or how they make the women feel in that moment and that can change very quickly, women are loved unconditionally most of the time.

Definitely positive. Even if you're 1 psl it is a net positive to know that it just is something you can't help, drop it and move on into other aspects of life. It can really fuck with your mind though, especially looksmaxx.

It depends on how changable your flaws are and how you can benefit from blackpill knowledge- if you have a decent base, you can looksmax to a point where the halo effect will kick in full throttle and you'll be able to live life like you're supposed to+having basic knowledge on how the human mind works will do wonders for your social interactions. However, if you're so comically ugly that no amount of looksmaxxing won't improve your life significantly, then in that case you'll become severely depressed from knowing exactly why your life has,is, and will carry on being shitty, but the biggest problem is you know nothing will work for you and your only fate is to LDAR.

Bad for your mental health, deletes all your copes, more prone to depression, etc. Some people even say that they analyze faces when they go out in public now and can't stop. That's just weird as fuck tbh and will affect you mentally. Most people would live a happier life just coping with being redpilled. Coping with NTmaxxing, gymcelling, low inhibmaxxing, personalitymaxxing etc, despite it not really being the "raw unfiltered truth", but believing it in, will make you not lose hope, and keep you away from depression, and other mental problems you can run into I guess.
