Depression doesn't equal blackpill but I would say being blackpilled equals depression because of one important thing: being "blackpilled" should be more than recognizing looks matters, Chad cannot be blackpilled the same way an Incel is.

When the incel says he's blackpilled it means he doesn't have friends (most of the time), he doesn't see a future with a partner, he cannot have sex and he feels pessimistic about the things he can change. Not having money is a tragedy but not having any kind of social satisfaction it's also brutal when you're not an schizoid / sociopath.

"It's over" is the main blackpill statement, things would not change because I am made in a way that I don't deserve these things, miracles doesn't exist and nobody will save me.
