I don't know what you mean by over because life is amazing even without girls. There are so much more things to do. If you can get happiness with girls then there are all the more reason to focus on a lot more important stuff like religion and work.

Percent i don't know. It depends on the location. But probably unless if you have a serious deformity or extreme malenetism or are extremely ugly, then it's not over unless you don't like your looksmatch.
