It's a free half-point or so boost that can't really be capped unless you have perfect skin already.

If you have average skin:
4.5 --> 5
5.5 --> 6
7 --> 7.5

It's the easiest way to boost attractiveness (not detectable rly, see this) for very little cost (both price-wise and as an investment of time, energy, risk, etc). Other looksmaxxes like jaw augmentation surgery will stop helping once you hit a 7/10 level of attractiveness or so. What will take months with skincare is achieved in mere seconds by this.
