Since almost everyone is recessed to a degree is a LeFort 1 (to forward grow the maxilla) and Bimax (mandible) a good surgery plan?

It will help with your side profile and in some degree the 3/4 profile alot since the jaw is usually recessed. The front view is still the most important for looks.
