It does. But a "hair system" is a level of frauding that makes even users on here uncomfortable jfl. Also it looks like shit if you don't have strong temple points.
tbh it might be legit to do to tide you over while you're waiting / saving up for an FUE or something, but as a long-term solution it should only be used as a final last resort
