First of all If like to say Mike Mew is a fucking retard, I've gotten TMJ and Bruxism from his stupid autism with keeping the teeth in contact

The teeth are never supposed to be in fucking contact. Everywhere I google it says

"Wear a mouthpiece" ok, but that doesn't prevent my face from wearing down and getting shorter
