Tbh, i'd try to argue that every kind of harassement towards men or women inside a company business is wrong and should be punished after a cautious investigation, regardless of being of a sexual conotation or not. And try to backup with some data that the #metoo movement is actually being more dangerous than it was proposed, with a tons of false acusations and a quickly degradation in the work space, specially with the increasingly segregation of men and women because of the fear of being accused by something you didnt do.

I can't think anything more soy-blackpilled than that. But anyways, the retardeds will say that you're wrong and blablabla anyway at the end. That's the part that you just move on with your life and accept that it's over for the west.
