I think the creator of mse doctor won moon said 8 degrees of upwards and forward growth in like 11 months id wear it for like 2 years tbh im only 17 atm so itll be alot easier to induce growth than say a 40 year old

Wouldnt mind if theyre not protruding or just a little bit. If noticeably protruding, it indeed is off turning, esp at that rather big size. If theyre small and protruding, then it wouldnt be too bad as well.
