I can understand softmaxxing but it seems so crazy to go to a surgeon in some weird country that's gonna cut you up. It involves so many things I'm not use to doing.

1. You have to leave the house
2. You have to go to some weird country alone
3. You have to pay some surgeon tons of money to cut you open
4. You have to go through a miserable recovery process
5. You may not even get the results you want
