If your orbital rims are not obviously recessed then just get fillers or lower bleph with fat repositioning and redundant tissue removal. You can also combine the latter with lateral canthoplasty to tighten up your outer eye corners if these are sagging.

There’s no Taban equivalent in Germany in terms of fame as far as I know. Just find someone in your area who is specialized in facial aesthetics. Avoid those “5 star” surgeons on Jameda who got most of their positive feedbacks from lipo/ breast augmentation clients.
