You guys need to LISTEN TO ME about water
Water DEHYDRATES you
Literally no animal on this planet drinks anything CLOSE to 1 cup of water a day let alone 8 cups a day
Notice how when you try to drink a "healthy" amount of water you have to force yourself to do it and your body may even be repulsed by it? (Feeling tired and sick)
Do you not think that perhaps your body is telling you something? By drinking anything more than a cup per day you are using up your electrolytes and you'll only feel MORE thirsty.
The myth that you need 8 cups of water a day was created by a business owner of a water brand who wanted to increase the price of water to impress his business partner and he paid doctors to tell people that you need 8 cups of water a day.
Literally the only liquids you should be drinking is blood and milk. And for those of you who are too disconnected from nature and are brainwashed and think it's crazy to drink blood, literally every single animal drinks blood and it has every single nutrient in it.
There's also zero actual proof whatsoever that "too much" iron is bad for you and the same goes for anything that's actually good for you.
And if you're worried about the estrogens in milk, it's nothing compared to tap water/bottled water. The toxic chemicals in the plastic of the bottles start to leach into the water after around 4 days, some of those chemicals being xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens. And then tap waters even worse. The xenoestrogens and phytoestrogens in birth control pills aren't filtered out by the water filters when the water is recycled back so you're basically drinking and showering yourself in testosterone blockers everyday and this is why men these days will literally look like a women just from putting a wig on whereas women are curvier than ever before. For women it's like the equivalent of men taking steroids pretty much.
By drinking water you put your body under constant stress and you'll constantly feel dehydrated. Just drink blood and milk. If you don't believe me than literally just try it. Don't drink water only drink milk whenever you feel thirsty and then after that you'll barely ever feel thirsty anymore.
