Summary
Assassin ER is an open-world survival shoot-em-up video game in which you play as the radical assassin Elliot Rodger whose mission is to eradicate all ugly women and all attractive men from the planet in order to have a human population consisting only of the hottest GigaStacies and the ugliest GigaSubhumans, maximizing incels’ pleasure while minimizing females’ pleasure. As a positive side effect for the narcissist who Elliot is, his end goal results in him mogging all of the other males in existence.
Lore
In events that happen prior to the start of the game, Elliot made an agreement with an underground incel resistance army. The incel army promised to assist Elliot and to protect Elliot from law enforcement, only as long as Elliot continues to carry out his mission just as he intended. If he kills too many subhumans or kills too many Stacies, the incel resistance fighters will relinquish their protection for Elliot, and Elliot will die to the hands of law enforcement. This mechanic creates challenges for the player because you can’t just carelessly kill NPCs indiscriminately but instead need to be more methodical with your approach as an assassin.
Gameplay Overview
In the game, you roam an huge open world that contains over 10,000 NPCs who fight back and can’t respawn. The objective of the game is to kill every male NPC whose looks rating is higher than 2 and to kill every female NPC whose looks rating is lower than 8. As you know from the previous paragraph, if you kill too many people who don’t match the requirements, the incel resistance army will turn their backs on you, and the FBI will hunt you down. To execute your plan, you can collect loot (weapons, money, and clothes) from slain NPCs, and you can buy items with money. Clothing items anre essential for your survival because you need to “change skins” to hide your identity from the FBI. You can get surgeries for money in the game to increase your attractiveness to women and to make yourself harder for law enforcement agencies to recognize. Make sure to always wear a mask when you go on killing sprees, for not covering your face when you commit crimes—leading to your face appearing in the news—will cause facial surgeons to recognize you and call the police on you.

In the previous paragraph, you read that a reason you’d get surgery is to become more attractive to women. Why would you want to do this in the game? You’d do it because of the bloodline system. If you have sex and impregnate females (which occurs randomly, not every time you have sex) in the game, you get to continue playing as one of your sons if your main character dies. If you have no male descendants, you need to restart the entire game after you die. The game gets easier when you die and transfer control to a son of yours because (1) the law-enforcement-recognizability bar gets reset to 0 and (2) the son is more attractive than the father if the mother is more attractive than the father, allowing the son to procreate more easily than your previous character could. The rising player attractiveness makes “hard restarts” less likely the further you progress in the game, so players are unlikely to experience the frustration of dying without any sons when at 99% progress.
