What is the average pay during training? And how much will you be paid after qualification? Also how long does it take

Depends on trade (some pay more, some can get overtime etc)
It usually starts at 20$ per hour plus benefits (if u go union which i recommend)
It goes up every year, some take 4 some take 5
Usually 40$+ an hour after 4/5 years

The good thing is that its in demand and good for a young guy
I wouldnt want to be framing houses or climbing poles at 50 so u play smart with ur money, retire early, start a company, or become a foreman
