are you going to the gym and/or doing some cardio activity? you are also tall if I remember correctly

I dont even have the appetite to eat more at this point tbh i have utterly destroyed my appetite. I am losing a lot of weight and even in the past two months have gone down from 185-190lbs to 173lbs last measured.
I am doing cardio and going to the gym (am required to), but i dont really have the energy to put 100% effort there.
