Let's get the obvious one out of the way.
Laws of Power. Classic 101 into human behavior, don't really need to say much else here tbh.
The reason I made this thread, What Every Body is Saying. Guy basically breaks down body language in a really digestible way, actually pretty incredible how I searched for random interviews on youtube / talked to colleagues and was immediately able to pick up on things I never really noticed (on a conscious level at least).
