i was supposed to get jaw surgery with raffaini but my parents refused to let me go overseas and will only support me getting surgery from a surgeon in Canada.

im from toronto, does anyone know any blackpilled jaw surgeons IN CANADA who is well versed about aesthetics, have good results and arent insanely conservative with their movements

i need someone willing to do proper ccw rotation and enough advancement to give my recessed downgrown low dimorphic face, actual forward growth, not just fix my bite by 2mm and leave me looking the exact same

pls send surgeon recs, before and afters, or personal experiences

or is it over for me

There are none as far as I know

I'm not in Ontario but I'll share my experiences consulting with maxfacs in my province. Not sure how cross-province coverage works for this type of thing

Surgeons here (and everywhere) are more varied than you think, people have this idea that everyone who isn't famous on .org will only move you by 3mm, doesn't know how to do ccw etc - not really true. There are surgeons all over who aren't conservative and rotation is pretty commonly done. There are certainly conservative surgeons still, you just have to hear what their plan is during a consult and you can kinda tell. I think if your recession isn't severe then you can probably easily find a good surgeon in the Toronto area. If anything I'd be more worried about insane wait times in Toronto tbh.

There is one surgeon in Ottawa who did not do conservative movements, he was discussed in this thread here

The closest I know of to the type of jaw surgeon as you see on this forum in Canada is probably Dr Reichman in Vancouver, in the sense that he also uses implants and does other cosmetic surgeries during the operation. I haven't met him yet, though I have a consultation with him later this summer. There also used to be Dr. Wittenberg in Vancouver who was DEFINITELY blackpilled tf out, but he retired

I've also heard that apparently there are many good surgeons in Alberta but idk the exact names. That being said I would rather die than have an Albertan lay their hands on me

But I really want to emphasize that it depends on what you need. Not every surgeon in this country is conservative, but you won't find anybody willing to do insane 20mm+ movements either. I'm speaking from a position where I need my jaw moved like 8-10mm at maximum, not really a severe case at all. Basically the point I'm trying to make is that you can find good surgeons here for minor or moderate cases, but if you are REALLY REALLY recessed then I don't really know of surgeons in Canada who would be good for that.

thanks bro this was genuinely really helpful,

my recession isnt severe to the point where i look malformed or anything, my face is just flatter and more recessed than id like. i already have a pretty good base with a lot of bone mass and my face is symmetrical, so i am looking for a decent amount of advancement and proper ccw rotation to bring everything forward without ruining what i already have

my biggest concern is finding a surgeon who understands how the movements will affect my soft tissue, muscles and overall facial harmony. im more scared of someone planning it badly and turning a good symmetrical base into an unnatural or botched result

also definitely make a post after ur consultation with reichman because im really interested in hearing what kind of plan he gives u
