Basically my bodyfat % is too high to get most insane result possible but I now have a proportional chin for the first time in my life and looks like I went from 23% bf to 18% instantly. Well I'd imagine its a bit of both, but I know for my case none of my grandparents had overbite or any of that, both parents had average-above average forward growth then theres me with fucked downwards growth. Genetics doesn't offer enough explanation for this

My wife started hyaluronic acid injections years ago when approaching 37 and she had tremendous results.

I need to say smth briefly... It's not objective to condemn surgery because you're "frauding your genetics" if while you say this you're using drugs for better mental performance, or HGH and DHT for dick growth and height, roids, or hundred of compounds to achieve certain results in your body.

For me all of this falls in the same category (that you call a "fraud"), afterall you wouldn't get those same results in your body if you were not to use those things. I. E you're frauding your genetic too.

I personally think that this notion comes from someone in a (most likely) better position than someone who wants certain surgeries and lacks understanding on what it's like to be on the other side.

If you're ONLY after validation, that's the problem in the first place. Yes, validation is nice but part of you should genuinely want to get laid with the hottest girls possible.
