'That aren't botchers' - all the 'big name' surgeons have horror cases, sorry but like it or not there's non-negligible risk involved in bimax. Not to say some aren't better than others, I'd want a well-qualified surgeon who has been operating on 1000+ patients for decades rather than some guy just finished his traineeship lol

Other than that, the big 'aesthetically-minded' names are in Continental Europe rather than the UK, cf. Alfaro, Raffaini, Ramieri, Zarrinbal, Mommaerts, Defrancq, Birbe, Brusco, Triaca...

There are also guys who you haven't necessarily heard of and who may or may not be aesthetically-minded but who are exceptional surgeons, like Luigi Clauser in Italy for instance
