well, fully functional results are aesthetic, the bare minimum functioning results aren't.

Its the difference between putting cement to cover up a hole in the wall vs putting a paper over it.

Yes exactly, the middle is the best functioning result fix.

Most Bimax surgeries are not full advancement, most surgeons are doing the bare minimum, they'd rather push it back than pull it forward because they don't have faith in themselves and are scared of screwing things up.

A real blackpilled masculine surgeon will have faith in himself and confidence in his skills and go for it, make it safe, have perseverance in his work.
