Blackpilled Trimax surgeons who aren't butchers? e.g. Turkey, South America etc.

I have this bad feeling that my consult with Ramieri is going to be a waste of time and he'll be the same as my consult with Pagnoni.
I have nightmares of him telling me he won't operate on me or hell come out with some bluepilled bullshit like "beauty is subjective"

Has anyone had bimax/trimax in like Brazil or South America? Sao Paulo spawned loads of models and there's actual rich people there so there must be some good blackpilled surgeons.

I'm watching that Timothy Haireth guy to see if he gets botched in Turkey but Im' still scared of going there and getting fucked up at some bimax mill

I'm in this shit situation where I can only afford to spend like $100,000USD on everything from flights, accommodation, trimax + implants so going to the US to Gunson or Steinbacher or Walline or Bell is out of my price range

100K is wayyy more than enough for trimax + implants bro, you can check out Dr Andre Luis Bim in Brazil Sao Paulo, Dr Federico Becker in Brazil. Also Dr Mehrnoosh Dastaran in Melbourne since you live in Australia. She's the one who did the amazing work on that Asian guy and took him from recessed subhuman to a forward grown HTN in one operation. However she's a foid so I personally wouldn't trust her with my jaws being seperated from my skull but that's up to you. I think Brazil is amazing for Trimax and Implants cause it's cheap but the surgeons also produce great results.

Shit adds up mate.
- $3000 minimum for flights to europe or turkey or south america
- probably a few thousand for medical travel insurance specific to the country I'm going to
- trimax + implants will be $40-60,000
- anaesthetist fees $10-15,000
- hospital fees $20-30,000 out of pocket
- 3 weeks in a hotel with my own room and bathroom while I recover alone is gonna be $100 per day

All up it's over $100,000 total cost if everything goes right

Australia seems fucked for getting trimax for cosmetic reasons. All the surgeons here are bluepilled asf except Paul Coceanig who lost his medical licence a few years ago. I saw this local ortho surgeon IRL in my city and asked him who does jaw surgery in Australia for aesthetics and he said "no one" and the dude unironically recommended Gunson and Arnett. I even talked about Coceanig and he laughed and politely said he didn't quite agree with Coceanig's ideas about surgery but left it at that.

That asian guy did have an insane transformation but
