No cap. There are very good looking blacks but they are really rare compared Whites and even Orientals .

Mainly because:

Black women are morbidly obese. I mean really obese- where they just look like ink blobs
Black men tend to have a gorilla mindset and walk around like they own everything. They often look and act like apes.
Wider noses and darker skin make it harder to decifer individual facial features

Don't get me wrong, there are some gorgeous black women and I have seen some Tyrones, but over all they just lack appeal.
