I was going to say that being raised by whites develops your Pfc more than your average black household (almost all of them have lower PFC demands) but I’m not sure your going to get that high of a jump solely due to that.

You expect to act White, right? I think not, because even without the genetics argument you still have the natural inclination to adopt to black culture, since you will be discriminated against by growing up around White culture and you need to find your place somewhere in the world.

It's human tendency to compensate and fill the identity void where you can't find it, hence you will indirectly inherit Black culture even if you grow up in a White neighbourhood, and as we know Black culture mostly promotes bad. Therefore Black individuals that grow up around Whites still would retain a lot of Black/separate cultures to the Whites they were raised by.

Not saying Blacks are genetically dumb (or not) but I think culture and how humans work have a lot more influence than we think.
