disclaimer not medical advice, bonesmashing can cause serious nerve damage if you fracture or hit the wrong way

you're telling me a week after i make this thread:
1761739092435

1761739107370

this fucking jew makes a video saying "i did some research found pubmed studies"

just lol at this monkey

i specifically detail you need swelling (hematoma) to grow bone from bonesmashing

only me and a few others knew the mechanism behind how bonesmashing works and he decides to make a video for his retarded youtube audience, only a couple weeks before tiktokcels spam about this

honestly this was gonna happen sooner or later so i might as well give a small amount of detail on how to do it more effectively

(taken from my dms with @Nebelix28)

one of the main reasons people can't grow bone from bonesmashing is because they have elevated parathyroid hormone (pth), it's a hormone that pulls calcium from your bones (a lot of you know teriparatide as a pth analog, it grows bone because it mimics pth TRANSIENTLY which stimulates osteoblast activity)

this is because people eat too much of grain and meat and other foods high in phosphate and not enough dairy

when your calcium to phosphate ratio is less than 1:1 (excess phosphate or not enough calcium) pth is elevated, ideal ratio is 1.5:1
Like how often do you smash one Spot and how many Sessions a week?
if you are bonesmashing properly the absolute maximum is once a week, if you can do it more than like 1.2 times a week (without anabolics or recovery peds) then you aren't doing it properly

you can smash your zygos around every 10 days, i don't know of the effectiveness on the mandible, i don't think it is as viable as it doesn't swell as much. it's very hard to effectively bonesmash gonions because they can fracture with the amount of force you need, and also don't swell like the rest of mandible.

unless you take steroids your skin (and bone a tiny bit) should hurt when you touch it for around 5 days after with the 6th day being mild pain and it being gone fully by 9th day
And you got some other good advice?
the main thing that holds people back isn't how hard you hit

most people don't grow bone after because they don't get enough calcium, magnesium and collagen/gelatin (the cooked form of collagen)

the 2 main minerals needed for bone growth are calcium (bone is 25% calcium) and magnesium, you can supplement calcium a tiny bit and most magnesium should be from supplementation

bone is around 1/3rd collagen, i only really noticed my bone grew when i started eating a lot of gelatin

you should get around 1500mg of calcium from dairy daily and 400-800mg of magnesium, magnesium mainly from supplements

other nutrients are important in bone growth like copper, zinc etc

magnesium isn't a major component of bone weight (~1%) but it's needed to "activate" vitamin d

it's also needed to keep calcium out of soft tissue and in bones

then there are the other major nutrients i forgot to write about earlier:
vitamin d ~8000iu (more isn't always better)
vitamin k2 (mk4) ~5-45mg a day (more is better up to ~130mg)

gelatin powder, make jelly from it or add to normal foods like soups, can even make a drink from it if you want but has to be sweet taste is odd

wolfs law doesnt apply to this
it doesn't work by wolff's law

causes asymmetry
it does a lot of the time if you hit unevenly which is almost guaranteed, im slightly asymmetrical from it

i would rather be a bit asymmetrical than extremely recessed like i have been

i couldn't be bothered to watch i just listened for 5 minutes

to be honest i think his viewers are retarded so they will either end up permanently injuring themselves trying to bonesmash or just not see results because they fall for something like a carnivore diet jfl
