i have similar issues with these women in these photos. BUT NOT AS SEVERE AS THEM. it gives me that NCT look even though my tilt is neutral. a bleph would be a good solution but im still 16 so im not even thinking about it. I was thinking about solving this with latisse since its a fat burner. or PDO threads. some people say latisse nukes your upper eyelid fat but that would give me mogger double eyelids but could potentially rape my lower eye fat. there is not much people talking about this but i think latisse could potentially help. what do you think? or any other DIY techniques to raise the skin above my eyes (between brows and end of my eye) maybe ace thread?? does anyone have experience with these?

i found out i think - its using bimatoprost on your upper lash but its very controversial
