Can you really go blind from Erda or are niggas just fear mongering? and if you can go blind what should you take with it to lower the eye side effects?

The official label reports central serous retinopathy/retinal pigment epithelial detachment in about 22% of treated patients.
There isn't a percentage reported for total blindness, but it's safe to assume the eye toxicity is a serious issue.

and if you can go blind what should you take with it to lower the eye side effects?

You could try artificial tears. I've also heard things surrounding saffron extract as a way to correct fluid buildup, but it seems too good to be true. Erdafitinib is metabolized through CYP2C9 and CYP3A4, while saffron extract may inhibit CYP3A4, in turn, theoretically increasing toxicity (NOT what you want).
I would say to stay away from it, but I get wanting to reap the benefits.

Yes I will do my own research aswell just wanted to know some opinions or experiences of people that used Erda on here cuz I got a feeling some just want to make you scared to use it and make it seem worse than it is
