you are under hydrated or have hyperhydrosis due to being fat or not used to exercise, just drink more water with electrolytes

prob cuase you didn't drink enough water. you said you were thirsty which means u probalby didn't . that causes your body to store water in the face becuase it thinks your low on water, so it stores it in the lymphatic system.
