How do I explain 3 days of bloating from aqualyx to my family

My mum does professional aqualyx under chin , and in body fat. I asked her to do it for me in me cheeks but she’s refusing as she’s never touched that area before.
The plan is Im stealing a bottle and injecting my self, I’ve got experience with needles and I’ve seen her do it before.
But how can I explain 3-4 days of bloating to my family.

ive told mine its a reaction from tretinoin and they've believed it but idk how im gonna do my future sessions now

I did 1.6ml each cheek, so 32 different injections and 3.2ml total aqualyx

I did aqualyx like 15h ago so im still swollen like a pig lol
