Bloat/swollen face caused by allergy

I’m allergic to dust mites and dogs, which causes my face to look 30% body fat when I’m sub-12%.

Does anyone have the same problem and have fixes? It’s getting really bad, and it’s not even guaranteed it will go away after vaccination (which I’m only getting for dust mites).

Plus, I have a dog which i thought was allergy-friendly, but that wasn’t true.
