How do i know if i am bloated or boneless ?
When i touch i face i feel bone but its just alot of softtissue/fat covering it, i am kinda lean but my face is not i dont understand

Turn your head to the side, shake it.
If you feel fluid moving below the skin over your cheeks you are holding some water.
