Bloated face after hard chewing (With low-set masseters?)

Im confused why tf my face is bloated as shit after even though my masseters are not high set.

Im told theres different ways to chew, but I have no clue.

ANY HELP IS MAJORLY APPRECIATED

maybe try lean and clean alimentation, bonesmasshing for ur zygos and chin

I actually started bonesmashing last night haha.

But adding slight growth to my masseters would be a big looksmax for my face, so thats why i wanna fix this fast

Yea it usually goes away,

be careful to not fuck up your TMJ doing this, I personally dont benefit from this because most can confirm a jagged narrower jaw is better than a bulky wide one
