What to do if my face is still fat but im
Not fat any tips on reducing inflammation/bloating to the face ?
 
Less sodium, less sugar, less carbs. More potassium. Drink plenty of water. And cardio.
 
Start drinking 1/3 litre water a day if you aren't and do facial exercise also don't be on high salt/sugar/carb diet

There are a lot of studies saying that there is a method i think it's called water cutting (don't know if it's the official name for this) where you need to drink a certain amount of water each day, some days just 1-1.5 litres if i am not mistaken and some days way more

Drinking less water is better for debloat. I am correcting my statement
