get the nose job, grow ur moustache thick as possible to disguise philtrum but not huge deal. Ur eyes are slightly wide set but not too bad be careful with the nose job because might make ur eyes look further far apart so keep the same width at that area. Hair looks good. Ur bloated and fat like me cut down and do those things and u will be good bro. My opinion anyway.
