Im lean around 10% body fat I have good abs , my issue is still somewhat face fat or what i assume to be bloat,
And yes i have good bones before u ask
My diet consists of just mainly meats like chicken and beef homemade
I dont have much fruit or veg at all
Should i just supplement potassium, will this help and if so how much because I have no clue how much sodium I have a day
Or should i buy those electrolyte packs?
Or just simply introduce more cardio, I Have a stationary bike
