bloating and weird acne

I have an extreme bloat very chubby cheeks and other areas, I don't have pimples but I have a lot of blackheads at my nose and on the sides, I'm 1.68 and 55 kg how can I fix it

Not much really but I'm starting to drink more water what I want to solve is my acne because I feel like it's one of the causes of my bloat it's like blackheads and little holes
