I ve tried to debloat by changing my diet. had been eating 10 scrambled eggs, 500g pasta, a bit of a ketchup (just like a spoon overall), 200g curd cheese, and some shit like 100g rye bread 2 bananas etc for last 2 days (absolutely no sugar or salt except from this products). first day was alr but when I woke up today my face literally went numb it was that bloated.

does it mean I gotta increase potassium intake not reduce sodium one? I haven't had such a terrible bloat ever in my life. and sorry if i seem stupid or lowiq i just wanna figure it out

get a loop diuretic eg furosemide or just eplerenone

as i know its kinda dangerous so it wont forgive any lowiq actions right? I might try to consult with therapist to get prescription

but what about sodium-potassium balance? are there any thoughts what I ve done wrong?

carbs bloat u they fill ur glycogen in ur muscles, so face too sodium also keeps water retention and u would need to consume a shitload of potassium for days or weeks to debloat just for a short period of time just take eplerenone

potassium and magnesium but nigga im telling u just buy fucking eplerenone or straight furosemide they are goated in removing water retention

get this fuckass grainsludge outta ur diet, pasta and bread are terrible. Just get ur carbs from fruit, honey and dairy and lots of red meat u won't be that bloated with this diet. Sugar is not ur enemy
