I see guys like this all the time walking around fat and bloated thinking they’re the shit with the added size. Then I show up in a tanktop lean as fuck, chiseled face, with defined delts and veins running through my fucking arms and you see their confidence tank.
Leanness with muscle is the ultimate status symbol. Separates you from the 95% of people who dont have the discipline or genetics to put the fucking fork down and actually train hard
