To keep this short, I have a blocked af nose cuz of hayfever (been like this every summer since i was a kid) and it disturbs my sleep throughout the summer (for example tonight is the beginning of my nasal congestion and i haven’t been able to sleep for 2 hours). Does anyone know a way to fix this?
I’ve tried:
Saline spray (few mins of relief)
Vicks (very slightly makes breathing easier but not enough to make a difference)
Mint inhaler (only provides relief as i’m using it)
Changing sleeping positions (either partially or fully blocks my nose; both are terrible)
Hayfever medication (kind of fixes but not tlly

Please someone help me, I hope i’m not the only one who experiences this
